Praveen Pandey is an accomplished aviation professional and serves as Assistant Vice President – Technical at AirFleet Managers, bringing strong technical expertise and leadership to aircraft asset management and leasing support services. With a solid foundation in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering and holding both DGCA Part-66 CAT A1 and EASA Part-66 B1.1 licences, he demonstrates deep knowledge of aircraft maintenance standards and regulatory compliance.

Praveen plays a pivotal role in delivering technical lease services, managing aircraft assets throughout their lifecycle, and driving operational excellence through strong project execution and technical oversight. Recognised for his leadership and domain expertise, he continues to make a significant contribution to enhancing the company’s technical capabilities and client service delivery.

With over 19 years of aviation engineering experience, he makes sure that every inspection, maintenance event supervision, technical due diligence reviews, and structured delivery/redelivery projects are delivered on time while adhering to international standards and the client’s requirements.

Prior to joining AirFleet Managers, Praveen worked for over 10 years with India’s largest low-cost airline, “Indigo”
